My TCI 6x 6 speed auto uses a 4l80e lock-up converter. I originally had a "stock" stall, it is pretty tight, 1800-2000 maybe. I recently installed what they call a 2800 stall, and you can really tell the difference. When you go into overdrive and the converter locks, it is almost like a 7th gear.
